About the role

Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, you will possess overall responsibility for the Individual Giving team, which includes 5 direct reports.

Your role will focus on the creation and implementation of the direct marketing strategy and the development and management of an integrated programme of donor acquisition, supporter development and retention as well as legacy promotion. Overall, you will maximise short, medium and long-term net income streams from individual givers.

The successful applicant will possess extensive experience of fundraising/direct marketing to individuals; devising and implementing major campaigns to mass market audiences and proven experience of leading and managing a team, ideally including managers.
